Senior Director of Engineering
Location : Greensboro, NC
A leading semiconductor company is seeking an experienced RF Design Engineering Manager to lead a team developing advanced mixed-signal ICs for RF and automotive applications.
Job Description :
The selected candidate will take an active leadership role in the concept, architecture, design, integration, and delivery of RF products operating in the 2-9GHz range. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring high-performance RF solutions to high-volume markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead RF product & IP development (2-9GHz TX / RX modules).
- Collaborate across design, packaging, product, and test teams.
- Define IP roadmap and support corporate planning.
- Work with marketing & customers on specs & requirements.
- Conduct architecture studies & feasibility simulations.
- Ensure high-quality product development using advanced simulations.
- Mentor & lead an engineering team.
- Provide updates to senior management.
