Step into the frontlines of the sales revolution as the Director of Sales Development at 5x5 Co-Op! We're seeking a dynamic leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-impact sales development team from the ground up, taking full ownership of pipeline strategy and revenue goals. Starting with a small team of Membership Coordinators (think SDRs), you'll transform it into a high-performing sales engine. From day one, you'll establish structure, optimize processes, and drive measurable success. Your mission? To shape a new division within 5x5, where data powers every deal and revenue milestone. What You'll Do :
- Develop and Scale : Recruit, develop, and create an operational structure that scales from the ground up.
- Drive Strategic Growth : Craft and execute a sales strategy that fuels pipeline growth and increases member acquisition, driving 5x5 Co-Op's mission forward.
- Lead Targeted Prospecting : Develop, refine, and distribute highly targeted prospect lists aligned with business objectives, empowering your team to prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
- Empower Through Coaching : Guide your team to achieve sales goals with hands on support, regular check-ins, and tactical guidance.
- Optimize and Improve : Continuously refine and innovate sales processes to maximize scalability and effectiveness.
- Promote Membership Value : Advocate for the co-op model by showcasing 5x5's unique benefits to potential members.
