In this role you will gain experience in how to set strategic plans, lead strategic programs, create meaningful assets and learn how to create data driven insights. Candidates should be highly motivated, independent and communicative. What You'll Be Doing: Conduct research to help identify insights and understand target markets, competitive advantage, and adjacent markets. Partner with our Planners to set up research projects and analyze qualitative and quantitative data into arguments or stories. Create and execute industry vertical plans with executives. Learn product management skills and deliverables including roadmaps and innovation plans. Create a case study. Be an independent worker who is motivated to ask questions, continuously improve, and network. Partner with a Mentor to set and achieve development goals. Complete a summer-long project that will be presented to senior-level executives. Report directly to one of our Strategy leaders. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Incumbent must be enrolled in Business Administration (or related) curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 1 year of studies. Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough research and extract insights relevant to target markets, competitive environments, and adjacent markets. Should be proficient in handling both qualitative and quantitative data. Communication and Storytelling: Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate research findings into compelling arguments or stories. Project Management: Basic skills in managing projects, including setting up research initiatives and following through with set plans and timelines. Self-Motivation and Independence: Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and motivated to continuously improve and ask pertinent questions. Networking: Ability to network effectively within and outside the organization to enhance learning and project outcomes. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Product Management: Some familiarity with product management practices would be beneficial, including understanding how to develop roadmaps and innovation plans. Strategic Planning: Experience or interest in creating and executing industry-specific strategic plans alongside senior executives. Presentation Skills: Capable of preparing and delivering presentations, particularly for the end-of-summer project presentation to senior-level executives. Mentorship Collaboration: Eagerness to work with a mentor to set personal and professional development goals. Leadership Potential: Demonstrates potential leadership qualities, as evidenced by the ability to report directly to strategy leaders and handle significant responsibilities.
