Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate openings for Dining Servers in our assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing departments.
You’ll work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents’ nutritional care plans. You’ll serve meals, create a pleasant dining experience, and in some cases, assist with feeding in accordance with state-approved Feeding Assistance training.

Compensation: starting at $15/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Assist assigned residents with their dining needs
- Determine need for assistance and provide support during meals
- Use proper food handling techniques during service
What You’ll Need to Qualify:
- Current high school student, if non student high school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of a state-approved Paid Feeding Assistant training program a plus
- Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with compassion
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
