As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment. How you will make an impact Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety What you will need Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Care Worker preferred Current CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire) Must obtain QMAP before hire or within 90 days of hire Must have availability on weekends and weekdays Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
