The 6M Executives team has experienced tremendous growth this past year, and is now urgently looking to expand our Business Account Manager team to meet the demands of our clients. As a Business Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with telecommunications giants and gain exposure to several different aspects of our business model. In the Business Account Manager role, you'll gain valuable experience and contribute to our mission of supporting the community's telecommunications needs while driving brand awareness and sales revenue for our clients.

As a Business Account Manager, you will act as the middleman between our client, Frontier, and their customers, focusing on creating personalized, lasting relationships. Through direct customer engagement (in-person interactions), our Business Account Managers educate customers on Frontier's products and services that may fit their lifestyles while spreading brand awareness throughout the Dallas area for Frontier. In this role, you'll help generate sales revenue for Frontier by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through strategic marketing strategies. Your work as a Business Account Manager will directly contribute to our company's growth and success. Responsibilities of the Business Account Manager :
- Act as the primary connection between our clients and their customers by meeting them at their home or place of business using a lead-based system to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities
- Work assigned territory to distribute marketing materials, assist customers, and accurately record account details
- Handle customer questions and concerns using problem-solving and negotiation skills taught in our training program, ensuring we meet all of their needs
- Utilize learned negotiation tactics to overturn objections and negotiate new contracts
- Help finalize sales for our clients, maintaining a detailed record of all customer account information, and follow company guidelines to remain in good standing with our clients
- Our Business Account Managers participate in weekly team meetings to stay current on Frontier's products, services, and special promotions
- Collaborate with the senior Business Account Manager, contributing feedback and new ideas on how to improve the client and sales processes
Requirements of the Business Account Manager Role :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Communications, or other relevant fields
- Experience working in promotions, sales, client-facing, communications, or other related fields
- Must be able to work in a team setting and contribute a positive attitude and team spirit
- Must possess strong communication skills to be able to communicate not only with consumers but also within our company
- Someone with a drive to succeed and a competitive nature, not only with others but with themselves as well
