Full Job Description – Associate Attorney
We are seeking individuals that are hungry to make an impact and grow in our quickly expanding firm. We have two offices in Norcross and one in Riverdale. No experience is necessary for these positions. Our training methodology is extensive and will give you everything you need to be successful in this field.
Our base pay is relatively competitive, however our incentives based on making easily measurable work goals bring the base pay up substantially.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducts initial call to new clients,
- Assessed new cases,
- Responds to client inquiries,
- Attend and participate in Global Settlement Conferences,
- Approve funding requests,
- Review bodily injury and property damage demands,
- Handle Negotiations in Pre-Litigation and Litigation,
- Handle suits in a timely manner,
- Conduct mediations, depositions, and trials,
- Manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and client advisors,
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years tenure with previous firms
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Member in good standing with the Ga State Bar
- Member of any neighboring state bar preferred
