Duties
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures for brewing, packaging, and sanitation
- Monitor and control fermentation processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the brewery and warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience in packaging and handling craft beer and/or other food products
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to sanitate brewing equipment effectively
- Understanding of brewing processes and techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
