We’re looking for enthusiastic, fun, and energetic people who take the work seriously, but not themselves. Let’s see if we’re a fit. We hope so. • Greet customers as they approach the coffee bar • Give customers menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients • Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios) • Prepare beverages following recipes • Serve beverages and snacks such as cookies, pastries and muffins, sandwiches • Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) • Keep the inside of the bar/service area clean • Maintain stock of clean mugs, cups and plates • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs • Comply with health and safety regulations • Communicate customer feedback to managers. • Maintains Company Core Values and professional attitude. • Other duties as assigned by management Mainsail Lodging & Development is an award-winning, Tampa, Florida-based company specializing in hotel, furnished housing, and resort property management and development, marketing and sales.
