We are under construction, building a modern digital office for all Vermonters to get the dental care they deserve and plan to open in September 2025. We are a locally owned, private, start up dental practice located in Williston with convenient working hours, high compensation for the right fit and opportunities to grow. We are starting out as a small single dentist practice with plans and space to bring on more providers as we grow. Job Summary
As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience as a Dental Assistant. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Assist during procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions etc.
- Perform all duties delegable to an assistant such as take and pour up impressions, fabricate temporary restorations, prep sterilized equipment, take Xrays etc.
- Schedule patients in person and over the phone as needed
- Order, receive and organize dental supplies
- Receive and organize lab cases
- Help create office systems and flow that make your job easier
Qualifications
- Xray Certification Required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
