Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow written and oral instructions given by managers.
- Performs preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
systems. - Continued education related to HVAC and building automation systems.
- Works independently on routine recurring assignments or assists another worker in
performing more complex tasks. - Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with fellow employees.
- Learns and performs assigned tasks quickly and correctly through on-the-job training
and learns safety regulations and practices safety precautions. - Reads and interprets blueprints, machine manuals, and schematic drawings to assist in
