911 Restoration Inc. is hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician to support and lead restoration projects in the Springdale, AR area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation projects from start to finish, supervising team members and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Perform on-site emergency response services for water, fire, and mold damage.
• Assess property damage and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Execute tasks such as water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and demolition.
• Operate and maintain mitigation equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Conduct mold remediation and assist in fire damage cleanup and restoration.
• Accurately document all work performed, including moisture readings and photographic evidence.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and insurance adjusters.
• Ensure all job sites are compliant with safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a field-based role.
• Proficient with mitigation tools and drying equipment.
• IICRC certification preferred (but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in demanding conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
