What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Architect - Oracle VCP (Demantra/APCC) position at 9EDGE Inc.?
9EDGE is looking to hire a seasoned Architect for Oracle Value Chain Planning (Demantra/APCC) with a proven track record with implementations, upgrades or rollouts for upcoming projects at our clients in North America.
Responsibilities include Demantra/APCC Implementation, rollout and Upgrade consulting.
Required: At least 5-10 years’ IT experience with recent focus around Oracle VCP (Demantra / APCC)
• Minimum of 1 full-cycle implementation or upgrade experience is mandatory; 2-3 lifecycles preferred.
• Proven experience in Requirements gathering / As-Is from legacy systems review and/or user interviews, gap identification and To-Be design, followed by detail configuration and testing cycles
• Understands implementation/upgrade methodology and follows it well
• Deep knowledge of VCP system configuration methods and standards.
• Ability to translate and map business requirements into the system
• Develop functional specifications for new development and/or interfaces
• Working with offshore development and functional teams
• Leading the testing / CRP / iCRP / UAT cycles
• Knowledge of User Productivity Kit (UPK) and OBIA will be a plus
• Expertise in standard productivity tools - MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, etc.
• Industry experience in Distribution & Mfg verticals
