What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at 9th Avenue Station Apartments?
Must have 1 year multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.
Must have HVAC Certification
Some of your responsibilities would include the following:
Trash out apartments
Install blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, doors
Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Tiling
Maintain accurate records of service tickets
Pools and Spa maintenance
Removal of Trash and Litter and maintaining the Grounds
Sweeping & pressure washing sidewalks and pathways
Follow directions and work well with others
Be available for a rotation/on call schedule as required
Additional duties as assigned by community manager or service supervisor
You should have high energy, enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service and have good communication skills. We require that you have your own reliable transportation.
As a condition of employment we would require satisfactory employment references, drug test and background check.
