Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Director of Business Development. The role involves identifying and securing growth opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and developing strategic roadmaps to expand the company’s portfolio. Additionally, responsibilities may include managing cross-functional teams, utilizing sales and marketing initiatives to drive engagement, and representing 9XV Capital at key industry events. The role requires a proactive approach to establishing partnerships that align with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnership building
• Experience in market research, financial analysis, and identifying revenue-growth opportunities
• Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal execution
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a remote setting
• Familiarity with marketing and branding strategies to enhance business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business or healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in business development or a related leadership role
• Commitment to the values of integrity, collaboration, and sustainable growth
• Prior recruitment experience including management of book of business.
