The schedule is a rotating 12 hour Pittman Schedule
2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON,
2 days OFF, 2 days ON, 3 days OFF,
working a 48 hour week followed by a 36 hour week resulting of 7 days working every 2 weeks.
Duties Include:
- Assign Chauffeurs,
- Assign Vehicles,
- Manage chauffeur movement,
- Prepare assignments for following shift,
- check airport arrivals,
- prepare maps,
- assist chauffeurs,
- prepare next day schedule,
- Maintain vehicle inventory
- Some mechanical IQ (for decision making)
- Ability to think/process information on the fly
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of airport operations
- Customer service skills for chauffeurs
- Carry out typical office tasks
- Good telephone voice and etiquette
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
