What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVICE TECHNICIAN position at A-1 Mechanical Inc?
We are a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor looking for HVAC Service Technicians.
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and/or troubleshooting malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem
- Locate & diagnose any problems, assessing the extent of repairs on all makes and models of HVAC equipment
- Describe the diagnosis and repair options to the customer
- Complete all required documentation on services and explain guarantees/warranties.
- They are responsible for collecting all the necessary paperwork and delivering it to the office
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service
- All candidates must be at least 24 years old for fleet vehicle insurance
- EPA Certificate and Valid NV Driver's License
- Good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
