About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Framing Foreman to lead our framing crew in building beautiful homes If you know your way around a blueprint, love leading and developing teams, and are ready to run a tight ship on-site, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate framing operations for residential builds
- Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and structural details accurately to determine the appropriate layout and installation procedures
- Delegate daily tasks and keep your crew efficient and motivated
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Secure and manage framing tools, materials, and ensure the site is organized effectively
- Perform quality control checks and proactively address framing issues
- Maintain a safe job site and ensure code compliance
- Communicate regularly with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
- Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of residential framing experience and 2 in a supervisory role
- Solid understanding of MA building codes
- Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator
- Able to work outdoors in all seasons and lift 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
- Must be a team player, be open-minded, have a curiosity and desire to continuously learn, improve, and share this information with others

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
