As a Lawn Care Technician at A&A Lawncare & Landscaping, you will be responsible for:
- Performing a range of lawn care services, including fertilizing, spot treating weeds, and educating customers on their lawn. This will ensure the health and aesthetics of clients' lawns.
- Identifying and addressing common lawn issues such as pests, diseases, and weed infestations.
- Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific lawn care needs and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Keeping accurate records of services performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for both employees and clients.
- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in lawn care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
