The role:
As a Pavement Consultant you will play an instrumental role as you serve our existing and prospective clients. We are looking for EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONALS who not only excel at building and strengthening relationships with our existing clients (farmer mindset) but also desire to network and create NEW relationships (hunter mindset).
Farmer Vs. Hunter...you’ll do both!
Selling with a Farmer Mindset (Account Management)
- You will be provided with a list of existing clients and contacts.
- Schedule appointments with leads generated by the company to assess their pavement needs
- Grow existing relationships and SERVE our customers
- You will be responsible for measuring parking lots and putting together site maps using the latest technology including AI-driven solutions
- Create high value proposals for pavement solutions
- Follow up using our HubSpot CRM and proven sales process.
- Sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs to Commerical and HOA properties, presenting to Boards, Property Owners and Managers
- Foster stronger relationships through networking and entertainment in our exclusive 30-person NOW Arena Suite.
Selling with a Hunter Mindset (Business Development)
- Prospect profitable Commercial and HOA pavement opportunities within the property management industry.
- Be responsible for driving relationships with NEW business partners
- Sales prospecting, attending trade-shows, lunch and learns, as well as some after hour networking events.
- You will be tasked with assessing parking lots and designing site maps with the help of advanced technology, including AI-driven solutions.
- Create high value proposals for pavement solutions.
- Follow up using our HubSpot CRM and proven sales process.
- Sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs to Commercial and HOA properties, presenting to Boards, Property Owners and Managers
