Job description

Help build both the maintenance and construction divisions of this company by driving the clients through the sales funnel taking them from prospects to raving fans. Estimators find new clients, and sell clients on existing services offered by A.C. Moate. Estimators guide clients from the beginning to the end of the sales process. Estimators meet and create bids for clients, sell the clients on the bid, manage the project and ensure an amazing client experience, conduct QC’s for their projects completed, make sure the projects are billed quickly, and ensure the clients pay their bills. Estimators are 100% responsible for their clients from the beginning to the end of the entire project life cycle.

Job Responsibilities:

· Build relationships with clients in multifamily/commercial/industrial industry.

· Gather data from bid packages.

· Create and submit estimates to clients.

· Provide consultation classes for clients.

· Create pertinent information to operations department to ensure flawless execution of projects.

Job Requirements:

· Self Starter.

· Must have outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

· Driven individual with a need to succeed.

· Excellent organizations skills.

· High integrity, looking to give the best possible client experience.

· Must have flexible schedule and be available some weekends when necessary.

· Career oriented individual

Pay: $80,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
