Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up - Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed - Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor - Maintain accurate records of services provided Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes Skills: - Compassion: Demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs. - Communication: Effectively conveying information and actively listening to clients. - Patience: Remaining calm and composed in challenging situations. - Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. - Flexibility: Adapting to changing schedules or client needs. - Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to client preferences and care instructions.
