ACT is currently hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our office located in Covina, CA.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must be reliable, computer savvy, and a great communicator. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: staffing cases, scheduling shadowing sessions, updating parent and employee availability as they change, and overall being a liaison between parents and clinical staff in order to maintain organization and a record of each session.
Core Requirements:
1. Great communication skills (especially on the phone)
2. Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
3. Very organized
4. Able to work well independently & as a team
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
6. Able to problem solve
7. Have a passion for customer service
8. Related experience preferred (especially within the fields of ABA, OT, PT, or speech therapy)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
