Salaried position, paid weekly, includes health insurance paid by the employer, paid vacation, and 401k after the first year. Hours vary slightly, a minimum of 50 hours/week required.
Job Description
- Provide best-in-class customer service to our dry cleaning and laundry pick up and drop off clients
- Create a delightful in-store experience by maintaining product inventory and performing a regular cleaning
- Instill customer first, never say no, "jump the counter" mentality with our customer service staff
- Assist in recruiting friendly store associates
- Train new store associates on A Cleaner World procedures and service
- Provide ongoing performance management feedback for store associates to ensure they reach their potential
- Become sufficient in all areas of our store level operations
- Manage your monthly financials to minimize costs and identify opportunities for growth
- Address any issues that arise
Qualifications
Summary of Experience*
- 2 years of retail or service experience (e.g. coffee shops, hotels, etc.)
- 1 years of supervisory experience

The ideal candidate for this position would: preferably reside within a (10) ten-mile radius of the store; be willing to work Monday-Saturday (a minimum of 50 hours per week); be willing to work at both ACW locations in Hickory and Boone for training.
