What You’ll Do

As a Technician, you’ll be a key part of a skilled team trusted to clean, restore, and maintain some of the region’s most important facilities.

Your work will include:

· HVAC duct cleaning for air quality & efficiency

· Tile & grout cleaning, sealing & restoration

· Carpet and floor cleaning, stripping, waxing, burnishing, polishing

· Using pressure washers, sprayers, and chemicals to clean tough surfaces

· Setting up and breaking down equipment

· Working independently or in teams with minimal supervision

· Taking before & after photos with company-issued tablets

· Following strict safety, quality, and production protocols

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year experience in:

· Hood Cleaning

· Pressure Washing

· Duct Cleaning

· Flooring and Carpet Maintenance

Other must-haves:

· Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record

· Able to pass background check & drug screening

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Comfortable working day or night shifts, sometimes outdoors

· Can lift 50 lbs & climb ladders

· Reliable, detail-oriented, professional attitude
