Trucking Clerk

Job Duties:

• Coordinating loading and unloading operations.
• Prepare and maintain truck reports.
• Maintain and update files, reports, and invoices.
• Initiate ACH Payments.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Handle Accounts Payable responsibilities, including processing invoices, sending remittance, and resolving vendor payment inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred but not required.
  
• Proven experience as a trucking clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily an office and shop environment.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications and disbursed weekly.
