What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Keeper position at A Hiring Company?
We are seeking a part-time Grounds Keeper for our Apartment Community. The ideal candidate should be organized, skilled and attention to detail. Essential Responsibilities:Inspect common areas and grounds to monitor the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, attractiveness, and safety of the property.Clean and maintain pool area when open for use.Coordinate daily activities by giving progress updates, communicate frequently with operations staff on daily activities and perform any tasks within the area of grounds.Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.Perform all duties related to grounds upkeep and some cleaning. All entry level.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
