Ideal Candidate Criteria: Experience as a Quality Systems Analyst in a food manufacturing or similar environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p/finish, occasional Sat/Sun
Job Duties: The QUALITY SYSTEMS ANALYST will work with the plant manager regarding all aspects of the production schedule.
Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English for paperwork and computer training purposes. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; good data entry skills.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear and taste or smell; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop. The employee must regularly push, pull; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

- Administrative and Clerical Duties
- Reviewing/verifying wheel temperature chart recorders
- Sending out lab samples
- Preparing Certificates of Analysis
- Batch Paperwork
- Raw and Finished Product Testing, Verification and Reporting
- Verifying Batch Codes
- Maintaining and printing lab paperwork
- Receiving Paperwork
- Appendix N Paperwork
- Multiple QA Documents, maintaining, verifying, and approving.
- Tracking/trending of data collected.
- Continuous improvement
- Other duties as assigned.
