We provide weekly delivery of motor oil, gear lubes, greases, antifreeze, service chemicals, filters and other automotive/heavy-duty/industrial products and lube equipment to the Northwest.

Skills/Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be able to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Maintain vendor contact information and relationships
- Good written and verbal communication
- Update and maintain spreadsheets
- Create, modify and maintain documents
- Maintain filing systems
- Open and able to learn industry specific terms and processes
- Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Analytical abilities
- Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Cross-train with other purchasing agents
- Demand forecasting using sales history and historical trends
- Logistics planning including arranging freight pick-up and delivery dates
- Ability to create, maintain, and modify an order schedule
- Ability to work with self sufficiently
Schedule:
- 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday
Experience:
- Purchasing or Inventory Ordering Position: 3 years (Preferred)
- Experience with CSD a plus
