What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Manager position at A&K Assisted Living Community Homes LLC?
A&K Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and caring Program Manager to join their team of professionals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a consumer caseload of 10-30 individuals, as well as providing program management in accordance with Community Homes for Individuals with Intellectual Disability Regulations, Chapter 6400. In addition to duties outlined below, this Program Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and assist in group and individual sessions as needed.
- Adhere to policies, rules, regulations, and procedures as indicated in the Policy and Procedures Manuals
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals under A&K care
- Coordinate trainings for direct service workers and ensure all training requirements are met
- Attend ISP meetings, review ISP annually for accuracy, report discrepancies, and implement ISP as required under Regulation 6400
- Developing and implementing provider services as required under the Regulations - Coordinate services provided to the individual, as well as support services for the families
- On call for weekends and night shifts as needed; assist with scheduling and callouts
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Must Haves
- Master's Degree or above from an accredited college/university AND one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university AND two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university AND four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Skilled with Microsoft Office/Office 365
- Active Driver's License is required
- Able to pass or obtain the following: Pennsylvania State Police Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Cogent (FBI) Fingerprint Scan and Report, Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse, 10 Year Employment Related Record
