Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the construction process
· Help enforce the project schedule and budget
· Keep constant communication with project staff and owners
· Coordinate with the project management to help create subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders while effectively communicating project needs, issues, and expectations.
· Monitor and track costs and project schedules.
· Perform project inspections
· Ensure project is completed per the project documents
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in project supervision
. Minimum 10 years General Construction experience
· Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
· Exceptional time management
· Exceptional decision-making
· Exceptional problem solving
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Exceptional communication skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
