Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greets customers promptly and returns phone calls in a timely manner.
- Determine replacement parts required, using inspection of old part, customer requests, or description of malfunction or need.
- Receives and fills telephone orders for parts.
- Advises customers on substitution or modified part when identical replacement is not available.
- Examines returned parts for defects and secures an exchange if needed.
- Marks and stocks parts in store according to prearranged systems.
- Demonstrates and explains function of equipment to customers.
- Discusses with customers use and features of various parts based on knowledge of product.
- Helps in unloading of trucks or running errands as needed.
- Places new merchandise on display.
- Keeps working area clean including but not limited to floors, shelves, and part.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Automotive and/or RV dealership background preferred.
- Ability to read a parts catalog or computer display/website to determine replacement parts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; good attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with experience using dealer software, Motility, and CP Interact preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver license with good driving record
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree in business/office administration or related field preferred.
- At least three years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Store environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift to 15 pounds as necessary.

Salary : $33,000 - $41,800
