Position: Guest Services
Employment Type: Part-time/Afternoons, Weekends (Th 1-7, F 1-6, Sa 1-6, and possibly Wed 8-1)

Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and appointments
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the spa
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
- Actively engage in retail sales and meet sales goals
- Resolve guest issues and concerns with efficiency and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth spa operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or hospitality a plus
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Passion for the spa and wellness industry
- Flexibility to work part-time initially, with the potential for full-time or permanent hours
