Compensation
The pay for this position is $15.50 per hour $1.50 shift differential.
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
The required availability for this position is : 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM (some Fridays as needed).
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2 years of warehouse experience or related experience and / or training.
1 year of forklift experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed.
Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English and perform basic math calculations.
Physical ability to lift / move over 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (hot in summer, cold in winter).
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic skills training in material handling, logistics, or manufacturing production.
Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.
General computer skills and ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
