Job Requirements:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards; enforcing GMP and GDP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control measures.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
- Recruit and hire qualified QC employees and managing schedules; able to jump in and assist, when necessary.
- Represent Quality during regulatory audits.
- Special assignments as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science or a related field.
- 5 years of industry experience in Raw Materials, Chemicals or Finished Products.
- Proven experience in quality control management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet. deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
