Quality Control Manager

Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure compliance with quality standards; enforcing GMP and GDP.
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control measures.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
• Recruit and hire qualified QC employees and managing schedules; able to jump in and assist, when necessary.
• Represent Quality during regulatory audits.
• Special assignments as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, science or a related field.
• 5 years of industry experience in Raw Materials, Chemicals or Finished Products.
• Proven experience in quality control management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet. deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using quality control software and tools.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
