Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are looking for a BCBA to join our incredible team. A Plus Behavior Analysis is a Pediatric community based in Pinellas County, FL. We are a new company lead by a BCBA that focuses on providing the best services for our clients!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client receiving ABA therapy
• Provide services in clinic, home or community
• Implementation of behavior acquisition programs
• Implementation of behavior reduction protocol
• Collect data for ABA programming
• Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions
• Communicating with caregiver and other supports
• supervisee of RBT/students in programs
• Will attend supervision meetings
• Weekly team meetings
• Assist with program development
• Complete detailed progress notes for each and every visit to be submitted with billing weekly

Qualifications

• BCBA certification completed
• Current active Medicaid provider
• Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience in teaching, tutoring and/or applied behavior analysis
• Outgoing and high energy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to multitask
• Be a team player
• Self-motivated'
• Supervision requirements completed (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
