Job Summary
Provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or meal support therapy services for individuals experiencing eating disorders. The overall responsibility of the primary therapist involves coordinating all aspects of care for the individual clients on their caseload. The primary therapist leads and creates cohesion within the treatment team to ensure the client’s treatment goals are clear, consistently executed, and actively monitored.
Essential Functions
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy services, including meal support, therapeutic support, family support, and psychotherapy.
- Maintain a caseload of 8 program clients.
- Complete and regularly update treatment plans to identify client goals and recommended courses of treatment.
- Assess clients' clinical level of care criteria and make recommendations to support appropriate transitions through stages of care.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including recovery coaches, dietitians, psychotherapists, and additional outpatient providers or support systems to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Attend treatment team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing trainings as required.
- Complete required documentation for all services provided in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility to adapt to changing program demands and client needs.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Active and unrestricted licensure in a counseling field (e.g., LCPC, LCSW)
- Must be a fully-licensed therapist that is able to practice independently
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience treating clients with eating disorders
- Experience with DBT, CBT, and ACT is desirable
- Previous experience at higher levels of care is desirable
Working conditions
- Work is in an intensive outpatient setting.
- Work hours are typically during normal business hours of 11:00-7:00 pm, with scheduled program hours of 3:00 pm –7:00 pm.
- Noise level in the work environment may be low to moderate.

Salary and Benefits
$70,000 - $80,000. Full Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, HSA/FSA, PTO and Holidays Off
