Our A-TEAM dental Professionals are looking for Hygiene Coordinators to help the Dental office(s) on keeping their patients encouraged and educated in their oral health. If you have experience, skills, and knowledge to enhance all our trusted dental practices, including the patients experience this is a perfect opportunity.

As a Hygiene Coordinator your goal is to be a part of a dental home where you can partner up with the Register Dental Hygienist and Doctors to help educate patients about their gum health, oral hygiene and to keep them on track with their hygiene appointments. If you have exceptional people skills and a need to care for others than A-Team Dental Staffing is the team for you. Our goal is to gain A-Team Professionals who are currently looking for their ideal Dental Practice to call home. This Candidate will influence our patients to see that they can stay healthy in their dental visits. 

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of overall Front Office experience.
  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong computer software skills, with extensive experience in scheduling
  
• Confidence in phone etiquette techniques
  
• Manage multiple Column hygiene schedule(s)
  
• Call patients to schedule recall appointments
  
• Accurate and proficient with Dental Terminology and Insurance Billing
  
• Be receptive to feedback from management and coworkers, with a natural curiosity to learn.
  
• Always strive to improve and grow, both personally and for the practice.
  
• Ability to make patients feel welcomed
  
• Practice Covid-19 Protocols
  
• Ability to build a rapport with patients and co-workers
  
• Review patient charts and notes for the next working day
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  
• One or more years of experience as a Dental Receptionist 
  
• Ability to understand Hygiene sequences for each diagnosed stage of Oral Hygiene
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft, Google or any Dental Software
