Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in food preparation and serving when needed
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong mathematical skills, including basic math and retail math
- Knowledge of the food industry operations
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with upselling techniques
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations
