Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in social work or a related field

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain confidentiality and other responsibilities listed in governmental laws and regulations, as well as A World For Children policies and procedures. The Case Manager shall perform the following duties for a preferred caseload that complies with licensing:
- Diagnostic Assessments (develop child's Individualized Service Plan and arrange/conduct ISP meetings)
- Supervision of Caseload (one home visit and two phone calls per month, ongoing family and child needs assessment)
- Develop strong rapport with children and families on caseload
- Conduct support group and/or training as assigned to families on caseload
- Maintain annual professional development training hours
- Be "on-call" on a regular and equal basis or cover "on-call" schedule
- Maintain Compliance for families and children on caseload
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
