As a Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nurses Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices as necessary
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Certified Nurses Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- If a CNA, We will require a CNA license to be active.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and principles
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
