a2b Fulfillment is a fast-growing, third-party provider of commerce and distribution services, including Order Fulfillment, Contact Center Solutions and a vast array of Value-Added services. We are seeking a reliable, motivated and hardworking individual to be part of the Ogden team. Job Responsibilities:
Do you have what it takes to lead people and processes? Can you handle the pressure of being the Big Cheese (at least of your small area)? This is the perfect position for someone who understands the difficult balancing act of motivating people while being firm and adhering to productivity goals. You’ll be part coach, part mentor, part traffic cop and part cheerleader. You’ll also need to be able to see the big picture, anticipate bottlenecks before they occur and problem solve.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous Lead/Supervisory experience preferred
- Coaching/training of picking/packing associates in regards to accuracy, productivity, and problem solving
- Assist Management by communicating needs and arising issues that require correction
- Leading associates by example in keeping policies, performing the work, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to show mutual respect to everyone
- Follow engineered processes.
- Have basic computer skills
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Work authorization: United States (Required)
All candidates must undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
Schedule - Full time day shift working Wed-Sat 7am-530pm. Flexibility needed based on business needs
