Will work from home Monday through Friday to perform telephonic visits and is required to conduct home visits periodically for in-person assessments.Minimum Qualifications Education : Determined by the Maryland State Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Registered Nurse.Experience : Preference will be given to those with Community Health home visiting experience. Must be able to work independently, be knowledgeable of community resources or willing to learn about them, have the ability to travel throughout the county to monitor cases and be computer literate.License or Certification : Must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the State Board of Nursing, as well as professional liability insurance and CPR.
