In this role, you'll be tasked with answering customer calls, making sales in automotive repair, managing billing with Mitchell1 software, following up with customers, and assigning work to our technicians. A solid understanding of automotive systems is key for this job. Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and selling our services.
- Using Mitchell1 software for billing and giving price quotes.
- Following up with customers to ensure they’re happy.
- Coordinating with technicians on job assignments.
- Managing store inventory
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years of prior experience in the automotive field.
- Must be able to explain different automotive components in vehicles.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
