The Screen Printer will handle various aspects of print production, including screen printing operations and processes. Responsibilities include preparing screens, operating screen-printing equipment, maintaining quality control, and assisting with related tasks such as embroidery and design collaboration as needed. The role requires collaboration with team members and adherence to company production standards. QualificationsProficiency in Print Production and hands-on experience in Screen PrintingKnowledge of Printing processes and equipmentBasic experience or understanding of operating M&R EquipmentAbility to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and quality assurancePhysical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machineryPrior experience in a print shop manufacturing environment is a plusWage will be based on experienceCompany DescriptionWe are a small family-owned and operated screen printing and embroidery business. Our family has been running this company since 1985. We currently use M&R for our printing department and Barudan for our embroidery department.
