AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our inbound Call Center team!
AAA Oregon/Idaho is not your typical Call Center. We primarily handle inbound calls where we focus on building relationships and rescuing our members at the roadside. We have served our members for over 100 years and continue to be a strong organization, growing membership each year.
Under the guidance of on of our Call Center Managers, our Call Center Supervisors are responsible for coordinating daily activities of our Call Center team members to provide effective emergency roadside service to members. In this role, you will ensure adequate staffing, prepare daily work assignments, monitor service delays, and resolve member concerns and contractor challenges. Most importantly, this role coaches, supports and provides leadership to our highly valued Call Center team.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position supervises up to approximately 10-15 employees and serves as a member of the leadership team.
Location
- This is an onsite full-time role based in our Lake Oswego Call center (on the corner of I-5 and 217).
Shift.
- We offer a set, predictable schedule.
- The current available shift includes evenings and at least one weekend day.
- Additional pay differentials are provided for both evening and weekend shifts.
- Additional shift options are offered as they become available.
Starting Pay
- Competitive starting pay between $50,000 to $62,000 per year, depending on shift and experience
Desired Skills
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- College degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience required
- Previous Call Center or similar Customer Service experience high preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with a diverse employee and member group in an inclusive and equitable manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Additional pay differential offered to Spanish/English bilingual team members
