AAA Washington is looking for a Business Platform Analyst to support key business lines. This is a hybrid role that reports to our main office in Bellevue, WA. You would be responsible for the optimization and stewardship of key platforms and systems that are vital to regular business operations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or similar four-year college or university or equivalent experience

• At least two years’ related experience, including process design, project management, and team projects.

• At least two years’ related experience performing platform configurations, creating workflows, and analyzing data to identify and create effective technology solutions

• Capable of mentoring, motivating, and guiding others toward both individual and organization goals and to fulfill the shared vision and influence organizational change

• Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Works closely with Project Managers, IT, business line trainers, and other Project Analysts, and department leaders to define business requirements and identify opportunities for improved automation

• Serves as system administrator for platforms within the assigned business line

• Collaborates in process and workflow development for the various platforms

• Creates, maintains, and audits systems processes, workflows, and procedures

• Coordinates testing with end users, documents feedback, and collaborates with any key stakeholders on any needed adjustments

SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $65,353 - $91,811.
