Job Summary/Responsibilities: Work with a team in the process of manufacturing precast concrete products, including cleaning and preparing molds, pouring concrete, finishing concrete, preparing and wrapping for shipping and loading onto trucks.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Cleaning the work area
- Work in other areas of the plant when needed
- Practice proper PPE compliance and maintain a safe working record and environment
- Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries
- Work with the concrete to fill forms
- Maintain proper knowledge of all concrete products and package requirements
- Assist with Preventive Maintenance program as required
- Conduct visual product quality inspections
- Assist the Precast Lead Technician in tasks requiring assistance
- Be mindful and watch for overhead dangers
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Job Requirements:
- This position requires the flexibility to work 40 hours per week and weekends as required
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Willingness to submit to drug testing prior to hiring
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer service: in-person and via phone
- Attention to detail
- Math skills for calculations. Comfortable working with fractions, decimals, and basic number calculations
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions
- This is a physically demanding position. The employee will lift and move heavy items throughout a shift, which will require the ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds
- The employee will be working specified shifts and moving around at all times, which will require the ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours
- Facilities can be extremely hot or cold at times, so the employee must have the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes
- The employee will be handling materials daily, which requires the ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods
- The Position requires full range of body motion on a daily basis including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles
- Precast experience preferred, but not required
