Mitigation Supervisor

Job Description:
As a Mitigation Technician Supervisor (Restoration), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating restoration operations, ensuring the efficient and effective mitigation of damage for our clients. You will lead teams of technicians, manage resources, uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions, and facilitate the training and development of employees.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Mitigation Technician Supervisor (Restoration) will include:

• Supervising and managing mitigation technician teams involved in restoration projects.
• Coordinating and directing technicians to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to protocols.
• Ensuring completion of necessary documentation, including homeowner paperwork and job documentation.
• Demonstrating expertise in damage mitigation techniques, equipment operation, and industry best practices.
• Making informed decisions regarding the salvageability and cleanability of damaged items.
• Facilitating the training and development of employees, including onboarding new hires and providing ongoing coaching and support.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience specifically in restoration or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as IICRC certifications.
• Prior experience in supervisory roles within the restoration industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)
