Job description
The Maintenance Associate will be working closely with the current maintenance team to learn a variety of skillsets that will allow him/her to repair, maintain, setup and possibly build machinery and equipment that is used on a daily basis. These skills range from; electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, CNC and or lathe, as well as general building and grounds maintenance. The daily routine will require the candidate to be on their feet nearly 100% of the time and includes walking, standing, reaching, lifting, stooping or bending.
Duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to preform routine maintenance on a variety of machines with current skillset
- Work coherently with the current team to learn new skills and or traits that will help this individual become familiar with the machinery and equipment that minimizes downtime and or risk of injury
- Willing to be open minded and take pride in his/her work
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Credentials
· High school diploma/GED
Experience level
- 2 years preferred, but willing to train
